I specialize in nutrition and gastrointestinal (GI) disorders, and work extensively with those seeking to incorporate weight loss and weight management techniques into their lives. I am a Low Fodmap Dietitian trained through Monash University. I am a strong advocate of mindful and intuitive eating, and I incorporate these principles to tailor individualized nutrition programs to meet your lifestyle, health and wellness goals.
I have more than fifteen years of public and private practice experience, and a visiting lecturer at the American University of Rome, Rome, Italy, Graduate Nutrition Studies. I work as a nutrition counselor, consultant, and a published author. My practice, EYG Nutrition, has offices in Midtown Manhattan, Montclair, NJ, and Boynton Beach, Fl. I also offer one-on-one virtual counseling.
I seek to empower each client to reclaim their joy of eating through a personalized program and sustainable nutrition practices. I also aim to help you nurture yourself through a food-mind-body connection.
Inspiration for my practice comes from decades of my own GI problems, and passion for food and travel. The ability to learn more about gut health, different cultures and history through food brings me great joy.
